Lil Uzi Vert has released two new songs titled “Sanguine Paradise” and “That’s a Rack” via Atlantic Records. The two new songs come after Uzi released his single “Free Uzi” which Atlantic stated was a “leak” and “not official”.
Lil Uzi released his debut album Luv Is Rage 2 back in August of 2017. Since then he has long teased his follow up album, Eternal Atake but due to turmoil from his previous label Atlantic Records, the album has yet to be released.
The turmoil surrounding Uzi’s label deal had left fans growing impatient with how long it was taking for Uzi and his label to drop new music. Ultimately, due to the holdout of music, fans have shown support for the philly rockstar by quoting “free Uzi” on social media.
After the release of Uzi’s two new songs via Atlantic Records, Uzi is set to sign a new label deal with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label, leaving his previous label, Generation Now. The label allegedly restructured his contract deal to where Uzi will be able to release new music in a more timely manner.
